You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your subscription, provided that the report has not yet been delivered. Please note that report delivery typically occurs within this 7-day period. If you are not satisfied with the delivery, please contact our support team via the “Contact Us” page or at service@webcarrots.com.

In the event of cancellation, your subscription will be terminated, and no further reports will be sent to your email address. If you experience an issue with your email and do not receive the report, please contact us so we can resend it.

Our technicians will verify if the failure to deliver the report was due to an error on our part. If the error is confirmed, and you request a refund you will receive a refund for the most recent payment due to the non-delivery of the report.

We may correct errors or omissions on our site and update information at any time without notice.

  1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site for any illegal, terror or war crimes purposes, to violate any local or global laws, or to harm others in any other way. We reserve the right to terminate your use for any prohibited activities.

In addition to the prohibited uses mentioned above, our policy restricts tracking specific industries, including but not limited to: news outlets, government entities, SEO services, adult content, financial institutions, and others. We reserve the right to update and revise this list of restricted industries at any time.

Our system strives to automatically block any domains or websites falling under these restrictions. However, in cases where prohibited websites bypass our AI filtering, we reserve the right to remove such sites from your tracking list without prior notice.

If you find that your requirements involve tracking websites prohibited by our policy and have already purchased a subscription but not yet issued a report, please contact us for an immediate refund and cancellation of your subscription.

Additionally, you may cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to the “Billing” section of your account.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We provide our services “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or breach of these terms.

  1. SLA Guarantee

While we make every effort and our technicians work diligently to ensure a 99.9% SLA, our reports depend on data from search engines and other third-party systems, including but not limited to data centers. While we strive to maintain this guarantee, you acknowledge that we cannot be held liable or penalized for any disruptions or inaccuracies caused by these external sources. Therefore, this guarantee is limited to the last report’s monthly payment. In the event of an error, you may request a refund of the last payment or have the report regenerated and sent again. At our discretion, we may offer a credit for that month’s payment, whether or not a request has been made by you.

  1. Marketing Materials

We may, from time to time, use your company’s public name and logo (excluding any personal information) in our marketing materials, such as in the ‘Clients’ section or in publicly displayed reviews. If you prefer not to have your company or review featured in this manner, please notify us via email and allow sufficient time for its removal from our website.

  1. Account termination without prior notice

We reserve the right to terminate any account without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to suspicious or abnormal activity, system abuse, or attempts to circumvent any restrictions or policies. If your monthly subscription is terminated before a report is processed, you will receive a full refund of your last payment; if a report has already been delivered, no refund will be issued for that billing cycle.

  1. Data Accuracy

Our system fetches data from online sources, such as search engines, and we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information. We accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies or omissions in the data provided on any of our website pages and/or our system reports.

  1. Right to Close Accounts

You may close your account at the billing portal level and at the system level. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and the process for fully closing your account.
