20. SLA Guarantee
We aim for 99.9% SLA but rely on external sources and cannot be held liable for disruptions. SLA guarantee is limited to the last monthly payment, refundable or credited in case of an error.

We may use your public company name and logo in marketing materials unless you request removal.
22. Account Termination Without Prior Notice
We may terminate accounts without notice for suspicious or abusive activity. Refunds are only provided if termination occurs before report delivery.
23. Data Accuracy
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data from online sources. We are not responsible for inaccuracies.
24. Right to Close Accounts

25. AI Visibility Check
By using the AI Visibility Check, you confirm you have read and accept the Privacy Policy terms that apply to this feature, including third-party processing for AI Visibility generation or validation. Results are directional only and may be derived from multiple AI visibility sources; scores can vary across AI apps and over time for various reasons. You understand there is no exact, universal AI visibility ranking, and no system can measure AI visibility with 100% accuracy; this tool is calibrated to provide the best directional insight for the questions you submit.
